I had a good stay, room was clean. Hallway was clean but had a smell of either lingering cigarette smoke or something. Very nice pool area that looks cool from above at night when fire pits lit. The breakfast was just a step above donuts and coffee. Tried a few times to join the social hour, but it was either not up started yet or was already closed. If you want to be identified as as IHG member this is not the place for you. It was very close to the location I needed to be at during the day and I would recommend it again because of the price.

We stayed at this hotel based on positive reviews. I am not sure how someone could possibly give this hotel a positive rating. We walked in and the room had a disgusting odor. Then we discovered food all over the floor in the bedroom. There were stains on the bedspread, walls and carpet. The shower and toilet weren’t clean. The sofa was cut up and filthy. The only thing positive I can say about this hotel room was that the air conditioner worked well.

I do not typically stay at extended stay type hotels, but I needed a 2 bedroom suite and Staybridge Suites Tucson Airport had one available and was close to the other places I was headed for the weekend. The exterior of the hotel and the lobby were very clean and inviting. Staff was incredibly pleasant and patient. The room we had was a bit dated. The couch had rips in it and the bathroom had water and rust stains. Typical aging stuff, but the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Sad to have missed the cocktail social which only happens mid-week.

We arrived at after 5 pm but the room was not ready due to staff short. The front desk staff worked very hard trying to get our room ready asap and tried to make sure we are comfortable. We had to wait for quite a long while but she was running to get our room ready and made us feel good.
