The older Man who operates this rude as can be. We checked in at 2 am and took Luke warm showers. TV didn't work and no room change. They didn't check it till 10 am and then he got angry raised his voice check out now. He found the TV hdmi cord bad after. Then he left and door open with my Wife sleeping! And I said how unprofessional and rude and he raised his voice. The phone didn't even work. We didnt even get under the covers. I went to front desk to get my money back and he refused. That's terrible. What recourse do we have?

The bed was comfortable especially after getting off a two day train. The shower water pressure was good and the bathroom was clean, everything was nice definitely a great place to stay.

My brother stay there with his daughter and told me that his hotel a had smell that seam as if it has not been cleaned in a very long time. I stay in another hotel and had to have my 3 year old niece stay with me. It stills smells even after the room gotten clean and sprayed with Lysol. sadly I payed a non refundable price for this stay for my brother. For anyone looking for a decent hotel this does not rate better then 1 star

I was truly impressed. Did not expect much from the cheepest room I could find in Tucson. The staff was helpful and the room was spotless. Pool was super clean. Location was very quiet.
