The whole staff is friendly. I am here every other week for business. I had an issue checking in on my last stay and they were super pleasant and helpful. Alex and Gabriel were there that night to help me with my situation and all went smoothly, they were awesome. Great price, breakfast included, and friendly staff.

To whom it may concern; I recently stayed at this hotel. The evening staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning staff were condensing. The front desk girl by the name of Kristine not only tried to give her number to my husband but turned around and kept my deposit falsly accusing us of smoking in the room. Unfortunately I would have rated this hotel great ratings across the board but after this incident I feel like a place of business is only as good as their employees so stay away from sonesta on Tucson Blvd.

Very Nice and Clean! You Can Smell the Freshness When You Walk In The Hotel! Peaceful Atmosphere! The Rooms Are Cosy and The Beds and Pillows Are Comfy! I'd Definitely Come Here Again! Thanks Sonesta for Providing A Safe Place To Stay While Visiting for My Granddaughters Graduation!

Positive: Liked the room set-up Negative: Were travelling for 2+ wks. with a 4-night stay here; would have been nice to have a washer & dryer to use; same breakfast options for 4 days, esp. the egg/cheese burrito got a little old; not even toast - oh you could buy a bagel for $$
