Was surprised by the mix of this place. Front desk staff are fairly rude. I’ve had a couple out of town family stay here over the last 2 months, the second was for a stay of a week and every interaction we had with the front desk from check in, to getting extra keys, or asking for some basic info was just hard work. The other staff were awesome! Bartenders at the pool and down in the lounge were great and friendly. The breakfast staff were amazing and helpful. Rooms are minimalist with limited hanging space and two small drawers, but comfy and spacious. Parking as a local visitor to have a drink with the hotel residents seems to be street parking if available. When I asked the front desk they just weren’t helpful if non-guests could pay for the hotel garage. So mixed, if you use the app for check in/out and can skip front desk interaction it’s a great spot. But this summer if front desk support was needed we experienced multiple disappointing interactions.

Located in the heart of downtown Tucson, close to amazing restaurants, but why go there when the food in the bar downstairs was very yummy. The rooms were immaculate! High pressure showers, great AC, and a good view from our room. A bit pricey, but WORTH the price. Well be back! The only downfall is there have a parking garage you have to pay for, no street parking.

Stayed here for a fun this past weekend and expected more. The breaker in our room went out which caused all of power in the room to go out until someone could come up and fix it. The next morning we found out the safe in our room reset our code and locked us out of it which had all of our money and valuables in it. When we called the front desk to get help with it the clerk said she would send someone up to fix it only she never asked for our room number and hung up! We had to call her again to give her that information obviously. Service could use some work. Besides those incidents the hotel is very nicely designed and clean. The pool area is definitely the highlight of the hotel.

We really enjoyed the AC Hotel Tucson with our 25 friends who traveled to our son's wedding! The rooms are lovely - the pool is refreshing - the breakfast was outstanding with very friendly outgoing staff members to greet everyone in the morning! The location is PERFECT for the streetcar, 4th Ave, the Mercado, and for driving to other places. We truly explored Tucson! thank you Janet McClanahan for arranging all of our rooms! Your hotel desk staff were very thoughtful and kind to rearrange rooms and make sure that guests were accomodated. The whole experience was worthy of 6 stars!
