I am a tenant who was in the transition from Marriott Residence Inn to now called Trellis. I stayed for 1 month for business purposes. 1st change which I think it really impact their business is their Lobby is not 24hrs. After hrs check in is a huge inconvenience. 2nd change for those who believe cleanliness is important they only provide house keeping once a week and for some reason the rooms are very dusty. the HVAC system is cakes with dust and it's quite gross. The house keepers are just doing superficial cleaning. I also notice they allow people to smoke in the units and I was breathing second smoke. 3rd the building itself is old and windows are foggy and condensations means during the winter time, the windows leaks draft even when the heater is cranked up to 75f still cold. The kitchen facility is great . They have coffee tea at the lobby. no walking distance to any food so you better have a rental. they discontinues the Shuttle service . For long budget stays it's ok. But I believe they can do better in the cleaning and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing system.

Went to home town of Pittsburgh PA for a brief visit before the holidays. Exceptional few day, beautiful full sunshine fall foliage day and the very next snow showers. Two first for our fur baby Sonny. Hotel was convenient, easy access to everything we need to do while there. Friendly front desk staff.

Cute little hotel. 2 bedroom 2 bath suites available (with fireplace, living room and full kitchen). Definitely room for a full family. Check-in was very kind and I was in my room in minutes. Happy traveler. And I travel a lot!

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to malik at the desk and Stephanie from housekeeping who both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This place has decent coffee with the breakfast in the morning.
