If you’re looking for an apartment, look somewhere else. Not worth the cost, the pool wasn’t even open this summer, and the “dog park” gate is perpetually broken. The apartment is fine, nothing special. Better hope you get a top floor unit, as you can hear every step taken from the people above you. The parking lots are full of broken glass for some reason, so good luck and be careful there. Dog owners do not pick up after their pets. Power outages were a big issue in the summer. When it was time for my lease to be up, they automatically charge you the “month to month” rate and require a 60-day notice to leave, but I was never told this. It is “in the lease” technically, but they never gave me a renewal option 60 days ahead of time, and still expect us to pay for the next 60 days. They are unwilling to budge on this and are of no help at all. The management office is hard to get ahold of and was almost of no help. Do not waste your money in this place.

Dont live here. Apartments are overpriced and management is an absolute joke and purposely makes themselves not available to residents. They didnt open the pool this year that we pay for, because they "couldn't find lifeguards" or are not willing to pay them. Things that need fixed will remain broken for months before management gets around to it (the gate on the "dog park" was broken for over a year and wouldn't close). The "virtual tour" of my apartment I saw before I moved in, included features not present in my actual apartment and made it seem a lot nicer. Not sure how that's not bate-and-switch, but who am I going to complain to? The late fee is $50 and even if you miss the payment by 12 hours and have been here for years and never had a late payment, they will still make you pay the full ridiculous late fee. Residents have moved out due to uncontrollable infestations. Woudnt recommend this place to an enemy.

One of the worst experiences of renting I’ve ever had. Not only is the manager unprofessional so is the assistant manager. Department of health was addressed about this place due to the fact that instead of taking the proper steps of exterminating cockroaches, they blame it on other tenants. They failed to provide a “safe environment” for me to live in until the issue was taken care of even though that’s their legal duty to do so. They continued to try and charge me rent while failing to fix the problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t even get to live here for more than 2 months before I had problems. Look else where, the cost of rent here is NOT worth it.

Lived here for 3 years. Each year they keep increasing the rent. Plus, they charge you for paying the rent online. They are saying it's service fee for collecting money. It is shady policy adopted to increase their profits. Worst of all they lie all the time. My one bedroom started as 750 and now it is closely $1100 monthly. I am busy but I am taking off from work, at a month, to move out of here.
