My boyfriend lives here and I love coming to his place! It feels so much like home. Everyone is so nice and it seems like all of the people know each other. The office is always so helpful and smiling!! I'd live here if I could afford it

Shadyside Commons is by far my favorite apartment building I've ever lived in. The beautiful architecture is definitely a highlight - there's a mix of old and new given it was once a toy factory so each apartment has a brick wall which adds such aesthetic appeal. The amenities are amazing - common spaces, printer access, community events, parking available, gym, dry cleaning pickup, storage units, and free Starbucks coffee in the lobby! All of that aside, the ladies who work in the office are the kindest, most understanding, helpful, wonderful, people around.

I moved into Shadyside Commons at the end of November 2021. The apartment is great, the public areas (lobby, TV area, gym, hallways) are always clean and tidy and the maintenance team are quick with sorting out any issues. The Leasing Consultants, Katie and Kathleen, are super friendly and are always happy to answer questions, help out with personal requests and were helpful throughout my moving in period. Great building, great people!
