I will be adding pictures of proof of my roach infestation as it continues. I do not forsee an end since the pest control is incompetent. Would’ve been great if they said “hey, this property used to be neglected, and we currently have a raging pest problem.” Or “hey, this unit has plenty of holes for roaches to hide in and breed, especially in the kitchen.” Or even “hey, you’re going to hear every single neighbor around you.” I am a very reasonable tenant and I wouldn’t have any issues with this place if they showed an ounce of care for the issues I’ve been having. I’ve been trying to get my roach problem addressed for a month, and they only wanted to tell me it was my fault. I would not have signed a lease if I was aware of the roaches, which the staff VERY OBVIOUSLY was. A staff member even responded to a comment about roaches on here saying they knew. I am unable to get it addressed by the staff. I was told something would be done but it has been a week and nothing. I’m tired of seeing roaches everywhere. The rent is ridiculous for a place like this, when you’re going to be paying for the pests too. I was very polite in the beginning until I realized being nice clearly wasn’t going to fix my problems. Because nothing got done. And nothing continues to get done. They also have no regard for privacy, and will enter your unit at literally any time with no warning at all. Sometimes they give you a letter, if it involves the entire building, but otherwise they’ll just walk right in. Don’t try having any privacy, it’ll be violated. Like I said, I tried being nice and I was met with radio static.

If you like roaches this is the place for you. Both management and residents seem to enjoy the roaches since they don’t do anything satisfactory about them.

I agree that the previous owners did not take care of the property but the new owner is bringing positive changes. Newly renovated unit looks amazing.

Update: since being under new management things have really turned around. Previous issues we’ve had upon moving in has been fixed. They’ve updated units for new residents adding beautiful white cabinetry, added new sidewalks for the children, and paved most of the area where the carports are as well. Management was one of my previous complaints but everyone apart of the new team and Judy from the old team are all wonderful! Maintenance is fast and efficient too. For the apartments, maintenance comes out once sometimes twice a week to vacuum common areas. I am very happy with new management. Unfortunately this will be our last term here due to having our baby. However I will definitely recommend Whitehall place apartments to my friends looking to start out!

$540 cheap good if your trying to save for an house. But buildings half the tine smell like Indian curry and weed. Hallway carpet stained. If doing lease make sure to add a 24hr notice before maintenance to come in your apartment. And if you give permission for them to come in, in a non emergency or not and they have to wait to you open the door. Past maintenance long since fired would come in on a maintenance call first thing 8-9 morning. Good for fixing stuff. Not good if you getting ready or sleeping. Kids play, hide, smoke, do haircuts in the laundry room. Not cool tgey get bored and break the dryer door off and smoke in their because the dont lock the door. But area is good Whitehall/Brentwood if you want to save money. Management office women are normally helpful.
