If doing lease make sure to add a 24hr notice before maintenance to come in your apartment. And if you give permission for them to come in, in a non emergency or not and they have to wait to you open the door. Past maintenance long since fired would come in on a maintenance call first thing 8-9 morning. Good for fixing stuff. Not good if you getting ready or sleeping. Kids play, hide, smoke, do haircuts in the laundry room. Not cool tgey get bored and break the dryer door off and smoke in their because the dont lock the door. But area is good Whitehall/Brentwood if you want to save money. Management office women are normally helpful.
Mahmud is right - but utilities are included 100% in most buildings also. Some pay electric. Not sure how that is determined.
