Tire totally deflated one day after new tire installation. Frustrating indeed. Update: Waited all day yesterday to let them fix their mistake. The same tire is flat again this morning! Nice job, Costco!

Came for tire rotation and wheel balancing and to buy wiper blades. I'm so happy that I met Mr.Mercado -sales person. He was very friendly( In fact he holded umbrella for me as well when I was asking about the office related questions while raining) and polite and answered all my wiper related questions and helped me to find passenger blade as well. He also informed me that from where I have to get the 15% discount for the current purchase. I will definitely come back again for other parts/services repair. I highly recommend it for others too!!

On my way to SoCal from the Bay Area, I hit a flat on I5. I was super fortunate to have a spare tire that I was able to change out, but was worried about driving back to the bay on that spare. Good thing I had purchased my tires at Costco. Because even though I bought them here in San Jose, this Costco in the 626 was able to help me with my warranty and everything and got it changed out for me.. hassle free! The guys here were super friendly and fast on assisting me to take care of things, especially since I was in a hurry (since I was only going to be in SoCal for a few days). I am extremely happy and grateful to these guys for helping me.

I went to Costco to buy new tires. It was a special order, person was very helpful. I received a call after tires arrived. I took my car in for installation. Everything is fine except they didn't call me after the car was ready. I just walked in to pick it up after about 4 hrs. I noticed they were busy. I highly recommend it. I'll go back again.
