This was a truly bad experience. There's no elevator. The office closes at 11 pm. There were ants crawling on the bed. When asked how they planned to compensate me for the ants in the room, the manager offered 1/2 night's stay reimbursement. I refused. She then stated 1 night's stay was all that she was going to do for the ants 🐜 . The cooling unit had developed quite a puddle of water. The refrigerator does not cool worth anything. The room would get seriously warm and the air unit and fan on high were needed to cool down. The wifi did not work for my entire stay; had to use my cellphone hot spot.. Worst four days in a motel ever. They get 1-star only because 0-stars is not an option. Only good thing was that it was walking distance to the ocean.

This is a very nice three-star property however I am quite disappointed in the pool because that's half the reason we booked this hotel. I am currently staying here with my family, I arrived two days ago and the pool was well over 1 hundred degrees. Yes, it's basically a hot tub. 85F outside and the heater turned on. If nobody checking the temperature, they're not cleaning the pool and they're surely not maintaining the chemicals properly. I have asked the front desk twice to turn heater down or better yet shut the heater off. I really wanted to write a spectacular review but this is very disappointing because the pool is not enjoyable whatsoever. Very disappointed. The internet is also very spotty. I wouldn't return unfortunately.

Not too pleased with how our stay evolved. They boast a 9.2 Hotels.com rating, but I’m not entirely sure how they received that score. We had to use a Ring to open the door/get service in the lobby upon arrival, the floors in our room were legitimately filthy (sparkles, granules of dirt, etc), the online profile stated the amenities included “plush robes” and an ironing board but had neither, and the icing on the cake was a knock at 9:30am by who I can only assume was housekeeping. Even when I shouted, “we’re still in here!”, she proceeded to open the door and begin to walk in until I repeated myself over and over. Insanity! There isn’t a “do not disturb” sign to put outside, and checkout isn’t until 11am, so that was incredibly jarring to two sleepy travelers. The price is great, but it’s a bit deceptive.

Clean, modern, well designed rooms. A short two minute walk to the beach, and restaurants and bars. It would’ve gotten five stars, but I found the towels small and flimsy, and the friendly staff isn’t always at the front desk. But, I would still recommend and would stay there again.

We had towels, wash clothes, hair dryer & an odd espresso coffee maker. Also had an iron but no ironing board. Note that stairs to 2nd floor are tile. Girlfriend slipped on them & broke her arm. Accidentally left a medical device in nightstand, Elita claimed nothing was found in the room.
I was there to do a wedding. The bride and her wedding party were spending a lot of time drinking and partying from what I gathered. Personally I don't think they had any problems sleeping! But some of the bridesmaids did say they enjoyed their rooms. The hotel just went through an over haul so I'm guessing the mattresses are fairly new. Firm is another story....
Walk along the beachside and it's about a 10 min walk
I stayed in one of the penthouses and it had a decent sized walk out area. Could fit several lounge chairs out there if you wanted to.
They provide chairs and umbrellas. First come first serve basis.
No breakfast. Just coffee. But this place is close to many great places too eat.
The bar there is not in use
There are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need to arrange transportation to Port Everglades (i.e. taxi/Uber).
