We arrived at the hotel for our honeymoon where we were informed that a previous guest had punched a hole in our wall and they had patched it but never got around to painting it. Ok no big deal but when we get in our room the AC was turned off and it was 87 degrees in it. What’s a better way to start a honeymoon after traveling all day then to arrive in a smoldering hot hotel room. And then the more we looked around in the room the room was filthy. Would never stay here again and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone else

My husband and I chose this hotel as it was near a wedding we were attending. It's definitely a place you stay when you plan to spend your entire day at the beach or out and about. When we arrived back in our room during our second full day, we noticed the bed was made-- not an issue. However, a personal item of mine was missing and a small towel I brought with me was found on the floor soaking wet. We also noticed some hotel towels that we had when we arrived were not replaced. The front office hours were not conducive to late arrivals or early departures and we had to leave a deposit for the room key (only 1).

This is my first time at the Ocean Mile Hotel and this place is a keeper. Great location with easy access walking distance to the beach and most restaurants in the area. The pool area is very nice and as well as the pool size. I was impressed with the coziness and warm reception at check in. I definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't want to leave. Oliver is very courteous, my flight was delayed after hours and he took care of me. I was greeted every morning and the people I met there were very kind. I could play my music with no issues. I booked the kitchenette, it had everything I needed, pots and pans, silverware, and coffee maker. I highly recommend this to everyone, and I will be going back very soon, I can't wait!!
