The first room had no deadbolt. Second room had drawers that wouldn’t stay shut, bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Housekeeping (for whom I left a tip) didn’t do what I asked (don’t put gross coverlet back on bed). One night brown gross water came in from vent over toilet. We cleaned it up in middle of night. When my sister used toilet in morning gross water came down on her. Carpet disgusting stains. Management did nothing for us. We couldn’t move for various reasons. But WE WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

The cold water pressure varying during the day. The faucet usually there no cold water, and the water is to hot to wash your hands. The shower water pressure is very weak. Above the shower head, there peeling paint, you can see the green mesh tape. The bathroom door get stuck. The carpet is sticky, need to be steam cleaned. The lobby is really nice, and they have great parking. The staff are nice and professional.

OK. Not bad but not perfect either. My main complaint is very low water pressure in my 2nd floor room. Taking shower took time and patience. It would be acceptable for room under $100, but not for the rooms for over $150. Overall this property and my room look good, but there is a room for some TLC. There is no pool here, which is bit unusual for Florida.

Woke up and wanted to take a shower; the water was cold. You can imagine how that felt. They serve “breakfast”. Came down and it was a few apples, crunch bar and a few pre made ham/sausage burgers. No veggie options. Pool was not functioning. Jacuzzi was dysfunctional. Why did I pay that much money for? Would’ve been better off at Marriott or Hilton. Staff was nice and respectful, that’s why the two star.
