This was a great place to stay, 1.5 blocks from the beach, just over from the street, the A1A. Within a block there is a food truck, juice/smoothie place, bakery and general store. And lots of other restaurants and stores within walking distance. It has a pool, which I never used but looked nice. The room I stayed in was exactly what I needed. I asked for other than first floor and they were able to oblige with the second floor, thank you very much. It had a nice little balcony which was lovely. Microwave, fridge, closet, dresser, bathroom with some amenities, fan and ac. It was clean and safe. Ice machine in the basement (I learned halfway through the time there) The ac was crazy loud but with ear plugs, it was fine and helped drown out the loud people at night. Unfortunately, not all people are not considerate and there were a lot of loud people drinking and smoking which made it annoying. Not the motels fault, but motels are open to the outside so you can hear all the yelling, kids screaming and partying. Plus, motel staff doesn’t stay on-site like hotels so people get away with more. People tend to meet up in the parking lots and are loud in the mornings. They also smoke right there under my window/balcony. Wish there was a way to have them stand somewhere else. Wifi worked well and they didn’t have cable TV, just roku, so use your accounts if you have them. Bed was decent and firm with clean sheets and light blanket. Black out curtains too. There are no chairs or beach blankets, you have to bring/buy your own. It’s a quick 20 min ride from the airport by car, about $18 ride by lyft/uber and there’s also public transportation. There are golf carts in the hotel area for $3/ride using the app, free area shuttle and buses. There is a $10 parking fee/day which can add up but I didn’t rent a car this trip. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff was great and always asked if I needed anything or have extra towels. I had no real issues here and I would recommend it if you want an affordable place to stay near the beach. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.

Very cute and clean hotel for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly. During our stay April 9-13th the location was pretty quiet. There is a small market and nice coffee/bakery near by with fun and friendly staff. There are sister hotels in the area that are just a short walk that have restaurants and are able to use their amenities also during your stay. Very short and easy walk to the beach. A little dated but the staff seems to do what they can to keep it clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone on a budget to try this hotel instead of the cheap hotels by the ocean. We learned our lesson the hard way just to be a few steps closer to the water and were EXTREMELY disappointed.

Positive: The hotel was beautiful the room was painted white it was clean house keeping came daily and was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean and they let you use all the sister hotels nearby pools and hot tubs!

Cute, Clean hotel and great location. Dawn the manager was fabulous... sweet, kind and will do anything for you. She as an asset, complement to the company and made us want to come back and stay at the hotel.
