By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Exceeded every expectation! Very clean (let’s say spotless), staff was AMAZING, the location was fantastic , the food was out of this world and the overall service was Top Tier. Mel at the front desk was exceptional! Because of her my birthday weekend was INCREDIBLE! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Centric to any and everyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank me later.

Great friendly staff. Room was very nice. Lack of snack options other than the restaurant. No gift shop. Definitely not buying bottle of water for $6. Cleaning crew even nicely placed my toiletries and medicine for me.

So I think I’m becoming a regular, I somehow stumbled upon this little gem a few months ago and have returned multiple times since. I had a little emergency locally and booked a last minute room, somehow the online availability didn’t match what was at the hotel but a delightful supervisor Ms. Regina made sure a room was secured for us. This hotel is consistent and pleasurable. Will return and appreciate Ms. Regina so much! Ask for her and tell her the Alexis family sent you 😝

Great hotel! Got an upgrade which included a few freebies in the bar. Very clean and spacious room. Fantastic location for exploring - really close to the water taxi stop and Las Olas. Breakfast is superb and the prices in the bar are good. Very highly recommended.
