If I can give 0 stars for the staff we have now , I most definitely would . When I moved here , staff was great and you got what you paid for . But , since a new company has bought the complex .. this place has gone downhill . Manager is rude and disrespectful, then you can’t seem to get the assistance that you need when you have an issue . Please don’t come here . The gate never works as well , they’ve been saying that they’ll close it next week for the longest .. that week never came . Apartments are nice , but ran by the WRONG people and company . Evergreen was a much better company !!!!

When we 1st moved here in 2017 it was awesome well maintained and great staff. Over past years and different owners its fallen to pieces pool has black mold never maintained and barely open staff takes weeks if not more to fix things, my truck has been broke in two times there are gun shots and the breezeways are filthy and besides two staff members they are cold and rude.

Pros: Maintenance is kind and helpful. Any issues I had would be immediately tended to and the staff always kept me updated. Pet friendly. In unit washer and dryer. Grounds are safe and maintained. Cons: Management was rude and unreachable. On two occasions, there were LOUD arguments about music blaring in the parking lot at 3 am. All usps packages had to be picked up at the local post office, instead of at apartment office (as with prior management). There is no restriction on parking and people will illegally block you in. Garbage will pile up outside the dumpster all weekend and smell horrendous (fault of other tenants). Rent is high for what you get. When we first moved in the “no smoking” apartment smelled horrendous like smoke, and it did not seem as if management tried to clear it for us.
