Positive: The staff was awesome the room was not meaning it was a cockroach on my daughter's bed we reported it they moved us to another room but did not give us the money back that I spent for that day and I did not get my $150 deposit security back Negative: I want to know why I did not get my $150 security deposit back why was I charged for that one day I did not stay 24 hours in that room I had to be removed from the room because there was a cockroach meaning of a insect on my daughter's bed we did not enjo

If I could give it no stars, I would. They have an awful smell throughout the hotel, that they are obviously covering something up. It is so strong my throat hurts, eyes burn and felt like I was being choked. Refused to refund anything for the inconvenience, wouldn't let us leave without our money back. Both of us are bad asthmatic. Do not recommend nor ever staying here nor their partner hotels.

Positive: Location near beach, stores and restaurants was great. A safe was provided in the room for storing valuables Hotel ran out of toilet paper was was not able to provide until rhe next day Negative: Lobby looks like refreshed 1950's gaudy. Rooms lacked wifi. Rooms and halls smelled musty.

Positive: *Walk to beach access was about 8 min walk. Not too far. *Great location. Walking distance from FL by the sea, Dunkin, CVS, and WinnDixie, Negative: Coffee in the lobby would be nice,fragrance in the lobby was a bit strong,Tiny bathroom and vanity area (shower head not so great),room needs a long/large mirror other than the bathroom,our room needed and addl desk/dresser area, no beachchairs available
