Absolutely no privacy. They conduct discussions with patients about their health and diagnosis right in the waiting room. I’ve been here for four hours and have over heard several doctor/patient conversations that should be kept private. They aren’t even trying to be quiet about it. I don’t know if that’s a HIPPA violation, but it’s definitely not respectful of the patients privacy. Will not use this ER again

Was transported to the ER tonight by ambulance. Was put in a wheelchair and parked in the waiting room where there was maybe 5 or 6 people. Never seen a doctor, just a male nurse who LITERALLY said to me that nothing was wrong with me after setting in the waiting room for almost 7 hours. This was my second trip to this ER in the past month for the same thing. That will be my last trip there..

This emergency room is a joke. They need to open community back up for overflow. It's ridiculous that patients can't get quality care because they have no beds anywhere. The staff is unfriendly. I watched a Dr walk away from a dementia patient because she was a dementia patient the lady just wanted to use the restroom. No privacy with any of your conditions because everything is done in the waiting room. People being admitted and still in the waiting room. Took my iv out blood everywhere I had to go to the restroom and use 6 paper towels to get the bleeding under control. No one listens. My Dr may be carilion but I will br going to Lewis gale from this point forward.
