Edit: dropped to 1 star, guess who hasn't called to discuss as stated as a response to the initial review. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil. Place was fast, staff friendly, but I got an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate the tires. The fronts are one brand and the rear a different brand. They are still where they were. I noticed because the pressure in 3 tires is exactly the same. The passenger front is 3 lbs less. I realized that number is still in the same spot on the TPMS which led me to check the tires. Also they put the pressures all at 35 on the work order, they obviously didn't even check the pressures.

Shop was almost competent to align custom suspension. (Cam eliminator plates, SPC adjustable UCA, icon 2.5 coilovers). Shop had no need to grease my ubj the first time I brought it in and didn't. The second time in for a readjustment the LCA bolts slipped making a popping noise and they used the wrong grease in my UBJ and voided my warranty without my consent. Also, misdiagnosed new LBJ as root of popping noise. LCA bolts needed tightened. Promised a refund for the alignment which never came, 2 mo later and no resolution as of yet. Shop shrugged or responsibility on UBJ damage. Who tells a shop don't door ding my car so they know not to. Blob of fresh grease on the zerk fitting and a full boot was all the mechanic needed to observe before attempting to grease UBJ. Made a mess pushing out the correct grease all over the suspension components. Customers money comes first and too bad if it's not right, "we did all we could, no warranty, no refund, no reimbursement for damages".
