I have to rate Carmela's Bistro as 3 stars because the service was pretty awful and the overall value of the meal was very little. We waited about 20 minutes to see our server's face and get a glass of water. We only got one refill on our water which was frustrating since it was a hot day. That said, I really liked my Ahi Salad and the desserts here are very good as well. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Absolutely love this beautiful and delicious restaurant. We had the sea bass...the tomatoes and sauce were amazing. The sea bass could have been a thicker piece and was a bit over cooked...still taste wonderful. Lobster bisque had a fantastic lobster flavor. Love the atmosphere of quaint winery. Very lovely and will definitely be back in hopes to try the blackened salmon!! We made reservations...otherwise you could wait 40 mins to an hour. Sweetest waitress...Kaylee...loved having you serve us!

Guests wear staffs when not at tables, staff wears masks whole time.
I was there Friday, one of two tables. Waiter and staff were masked. Waiter kept his distance when not putting something on the table.

Yes brunch is served on Sundays from 10:30 - 2:00 pm. I would recommend reservations for larger groups, peak dining times, and/or holidays i.e. Mother's day, etc.
