I've spoken with Monty twice regarding issues with my crawl space. Monty is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It turns out his company is not a good fit for the work I need to do but his advice, understanding of basement/crawl space issues, and his HONESTY have been key in helping me navigate an unfamiliar world. While I can't speak specifically to the work they do I can say without a doubt the know their stuff and will not sell you something you don't need. Very refreshing interaction.

Top notch ... great communications and quality of work! We had an area of our finished basement that would get wet & damp after heavy rains. From initial contact, Monty impressed me with his responsiveness and professionalism. He came out the day after we spoke to assess the situation, and recommended a retrench with new french drain piping in that section of the basement along with an additional sump pit for that area (our other sump pit is on the other side of home & quite shallow). He was very knowledgeable, confident, and I really liked his solution (vs what others offered) ... so we hired them. Monty came out again at the start of the 2-day job to introduce his crew, and to go over all of the details of what needed to be done with them and provide me with the overview of what to expect over the 2-days. The crew was Brandon (foreman), Tyson, & Will. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and extremely efficient. For as much heavy lifting (e.g. jackhammering, cement & stone removal, new stone, new cement & stone, piping, etc) & hard work involved, they made it look easy and you can tell they take great pride in their work! They did a great job, and now after several heavy rains I am happy to report we have had no water or dampness in that area! Highly recommended!

There workers stole things out of one my friends house , they were doing a basement for . The workers are real lazy . If you want criminals outside of your house for 7 to 10 days call American Basements . Monty cons older people into running the price of things up . 0 stars .
