Amazing and excellent staff. I must take the time to say thank you to the staff here, from the welcoming and beautiful smile from TOYA who checked us in and made sure we were comfortable to the tremendously help we got from SUE and KRYSTAL who helped us with all questions and took care of us. They were so friendly and professional. Then in the morning we went for breakfast and met the wonderful SANDRA who helped us with anything we needed. Thank you Ladies for making our stay such a beautiful and enjoyable one.

Easy, convenient, no-frills spot to crash for the night. Our flight was unexpectedly diverted to Fort Lauderdale and we were stuck for the night. American Airlines provided a voucher for this location. The hotel is close to the airport and plenty of food, coffee, and bar options within a few steps (check out the Raw Bar). We arrived late in the evening as many other individuals from our flight trickled in. Camille was the only person working the front desk and provided exceptional customer service and exercised great patience and skill as she dealt with 20+ customers, the phone ringing off the hook, and a broken-down airport shuttle. Kudos to Camille for helping us navigate the voucher process and finding us all accommodations.

Positive: Easy walking to food. Clean room, well appointed. Good breakfast. Easy shuttle from airport. Easy transportation to cruise terminal (extra cost). Will use again. Negative: Only complaint was the elevators are very slow, but not really an issue.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the breakfast ladies! Breakfast food was minimal but it was good. The room was clean and the bed was perfect. I was travelling alone and felt extremely safe. Great location - close to stores, restaurants and roads to travel. Has a parking garage with small daily fee. I did not get the room cleaning that I requested but they had an unexpected influx of customers so it was understandable. Overall...great place to stay!

No they have smoking areas outside. Don't know of ant hotels that have smoking rooms anymore.

Don't speak the language. All I can say is it's a clean great place. Excellent continental breakfast at a great price. Nice location too.
And
I have used this hotel several times for pre cruise stay. Always free shuttle from the airport. Cruise port was around $6.
