These are great apartments that are currently getting a bad rap due to construction issues. Though the problems are real, they will eventually be addressed. The amenities, location, and apartments are very good, but the staff makes this place great. They remained courteous and professional, even through rough times. I'd like to recognize Daniel and D'Abraham in particular for being great to work with. They responded to requests in a timely manner and always communicated clearly. Thank you!

These people are terrible and deserve to go out of business. They are illegally forcing everyone out of the building. They will probably try to restructure and rename the place to try and start anew. They actively ignore all phone calls from tenants and they let homeless ppl in my apartment so I come home from a long days work to a soup kitchen and it was absolutely disgusting -10 of 10 would not recommend.

Visiting for a trip in Denver through air bnb/ mint and they were not super awesome to work with but Dwayne who works at the front desk is the absolute best!!! He gave us suggestions for the area and was very helpful for us when airbnb was not. The place is pretty nice as well but shout out dwayne for going above and beyond for us!

I moved in early August, so just over a month ago and from the start it has been a miserable experience here. I toured a Champagne layout unit, which was nice, about what I expected. I was told my apartment I would be moving into is the exact same layout, but since someone is living there currently, I would not be able to take a look for myself. On move in day, I notice the shower isnt a glass standing shower, instead an ADA accessible shower, the front door has two lookthroughs. The counters were shorter, there is no closet, and there are no drawers for cutlery. They put me in an ADA room without my knowledge and did not offer any compensation to pay for additional movers to move into a new unit available 2 weeks later. I'm still currently in this ADA unit. Anna Jensen only sent her associates my way and didnt deal with it head on like a building manager should. Last I heard was "I will look into it" about 3 weeks ago. Second, the pool has not been open once. They keep sending emails regarding parts being delay, putting the blame on another company. Can't wait for it to be open just in time for 30degree winter weather. Third, the water heater has been shut off multiple times for some reason. Fourth, if you have plans or are meeting people out. Always add 10 minutes to your commute because the elevators take centuries. Fifth, and probably my final straw before legal action. About 2 weeks ago the rooms flooded next to mine, the hallway is drenched, water comes up when you put your foot on the carpet. Today I arrived home and my apartment is flooded, the hallway outside my door is in the same state. The overnight manager told me to use my own towels to clean up the mess...what? Do not move in this place.

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
He's right. It's ridiculous. "Luxury" aparments where you aren't allowed to take a hot shower before 7am.
Prices are on their website by unit
