Absolutely LOVE living here. Location can’t get much better, you’re walkable to just about everything downtown, and the community features a private resident entrance to the King Soopers downstairs!!! More importantly, the staff here does a wonderful job keeping residents happy; it’s blatantly obvious they care about your experience here. Maintenance is always on top of things, and the few times I’ve had issues, they are always willing to make accommodations to make things right. Shoutout Melanie and Edmond for being amazing at what you do! I’ll have a hard decision to make when I get my renewal letter :)

The manager, Ed, took me on an extensive tour of Alara and it was the best experience. He made me feel so welcome and it was such a fun time. He answered every question I had very thoroughly and ended up answering questions I didn’t even know I had. I am in the process of moving and this would be a dream come true to have someone that helpful and trustworthy in the building. He was really easy to communicate with and I can only hope the rest of the staff is as kind and professional. I have looked at other places with a facility that’s basically just as nice but it’s hard to find a property manager you feel you can rely on and that’s what sealed the deal for me. Thanks, Ed!

Could not recommend Alara enough and I'm sad to be moving out soon! This place is extremely convenient - King Soopers downstairs, right next to Union Station, and around plenty of great bars and restaurants/Coors Field. The amenities are really nice as well, with probably one of the most complete in-Apartment gyms you can find in this area. Melanie in the front office is amazing and incredibly helpful -- the whole staff is extremely pleasant and happy to help with any issues/questions. Definitely the best rental experience I've had with an apartment complex or landlord. The Maintenance Team is very responsive and the few times our unit required maintenance our requests were fulfilled quickly. If you're looking for a convenient apartment in LoDo this is a great option!

King soopers elevator has been broken an accumulative month if the 10 we’ve lived there. Staff is friendly. Melanie is the best. Probably won’t resign but loved the building did the lease.
