Pretty and welcoming community. Leasing and maintenance staff has always been helpful. Affordable. I've never had a problem. Looking forward to the new amenities they will be adding this year. Definitely recommend.

The staff at SoHo are wonderful - super friendly and eager to resolve any customer complaints. They work hard to know all of the residents, giving the complex a community feel. The actual apartments are spacious and renovated. The only negatives of this complex are that the apartments don't have personal balconies and the surrounding area isn't very nice. I never feel unsafe living here, but it is a bit of an eye sore.

The ladies at the office are super kind and helpful, maintenance is on top of their game (although not much needs to be fixed since all the apartments are freshly renovated), and the inside of the apartments are spacious and affordable. Great place to live if you are looking for somewhere with no frills as there are not many amenities, but there is a pool. The outside of the apartments could use a bit of a touch up (ex: new stairs). Soho on Central is right outside of Plaza Midwood too. I've had an overall positive experience living here-this complex is up and coming!
