I moved in here in July and I’m not sure if it’s because of the current pandemic or what but the staff in the office always seem to be pretty busy/overwhelmed. The main issue I’ve been experiencing is clear communication with them. My mailbox key gets stuck and I’ve been waiting to get my other key back for awhile now. Every time I ask for it I don’t really get a clear answer as to why I haven’t received it yet. My toilet seems to be broken, it continues to run after I flush it and I mentioned it a lil after move in along with other maintenance request and this is the only thing that hasn’t been taken care of.. The apartment is a great space for the price. Lowkey a lot of hidden fees when paying rent. Overall love the apartment, very quiet neighborhood. I just need better communication from the ladies in the office. 3/16/2022: ok so now that I have moved out I have a few things… we heard gunshots in the middle of the night and the issue was never brought up by management. Towing stickers were placed on everybody’s windows about expired tags. If my vehicle is on file why you sticking things to my car?? My bathroom toilet, sink, and tub were sooo old and rusty and just gross no matter how much I cleaned it, paint chipped and fell out the tub. Also had mold in my vents that never got taken care of. Anytime you call the office no one answers, rarely receive an email back. When you do go to the office they don’t come down the steps to greet you. Only good thing was when I was on maternity leave Amber worked with me and getting my rent payments figured out. I hope they make security changes and upgrade the bathrooms cause this place could be better…

My experience with this complex started off great when I first moved in. Since I have been here over a year it has gone down hill. The leasing office doesn't care about their tenants and seemed to be more concerned on if and when you can pay your rent. The maintenance is awful, let me be clear not all of them but a specific one. He would rather lie to office and say he was not able to complete the order due to a dog being in your unit, over telling the truth and saying you sat in your golf cart for 2 hours on your phone over knocking on my door to fix what is needed. I used to stay at the sister property up the street and the quality of service the tenants get at that property is amazing over the quality you get at this property. You have tenants with mold in their units who get no satisfaction of safety or health to the they are forced to move in orde to stay healthy, but of course the office had nothing more to say nor did they suggest to have the mold cleaned properly...I also feel the side I live in gets treated like a motherless step child, while the other side gets treated with royalty.. but don't mind me I'm just a concerned tenant who pays to much rent for the quality and quantity of service I have received.

The property was clean and quiet. The apartments looked inviting and relaxing. I am considering this place because of its convenient location to everything. The trash compactor wasn't overflowing with debris and the outside porch areas weren't stained with the residue of garbage stains. The lighting was perfect and the abundance of trees made for an even more beautiful enhancement.

Questions & Answers

Why aren't the handicapped spaces clearly designated. There is no sign. I was charged $175 for this very reason.
