Don’t recommend Moving into pool never opened . the roach problem was never resolved they would say an exterminator would come and they never did over priced apartments that aren’t even worth it

This place is ridiculous!! Its unbelievable how you pay so much in rent and they allow there tenants to live in these conditions. Again... I have been documenting since I've been here because everyone in the rental office are liars. I have contacted the city (and they had the nerve to tell them they've been coming out spraying<<<<<LIES>>>) and I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH THE NEWS!

In search of a new place to rent, stumbled across SHARON PINES and decided to to speak to the leasing agents at front office. Although I could not find what I was looking for. The leasing agent was so friendly kind and very optimistic. She looked around to fit my convienience since I need to move by August unfortunately didn’t have any availability. Great service! And friendly staff!

I have lived here for 3 years and the past 2 years the management has been exceptionally helpful. Nellie has helped out in financial struggles offering local options for rental assistance. Although the apartments are very old and need updating the staff has a 24-48 hour turn around on repairs despite the low staff. Overall, I have recommended 2 young couples to reside here and for Charlotte,NC this location has worked out for us. The staff has made the living community easier.
