My husband and I stopped by today to get information on the availability of their apartment homes. The two employees never acknowledged my husband when he walked into the building. They were just sitting at their desks talking to each other. When he approached them, they were rude and they said they were on their lunch breaks, so that's why they didn't acknowledge him. He asked if they could give him information on their apartments. They gave him a folder with a page about their qualifying criterias, a page with the fees for their garages, trash and pets, and a page with the community map. There was no information about their apartments, floor plans, availability, nor pricing. Needless to say, we're definitely not interested anymore.

Lived here for four years and it has turned into the HOOD! on top of that they closed the pool and the clubhouse to punish the residents and it’s soooo hot we pay over 2,000 a month and can’t enjoy the amenities…. They charge us a 300.00 dollar deposit to rent out our club room and a 225.00 fee on top of that definitely we are soon to get out of our lease please bring back the previous manager it is horrible

Hoang was so welcoming, kind, and gave great customer service with my recent move to Pointe at Prosperity Village. She was able to accommodate my hectic move schedule. She made the move in part the easiest part of the moving process.

I have been living here almost a year. My apartment is beautiful. I love the pool and clubhouse and the fact that there is a sense of community here. Some of the tenants get together regularly to shoot pool, watch sports or enjoy a meal together in the clubhouse. The office staff is pleasant and very helpful, the same for the maintenance staff. The location is close to supermarkets and restaurants, whatever you need is not far away.
