We’ve been at the Edge for roughly 7 months and so far so good! Everybody in the main office is very sweet and make living here super easy! We enjoy the atmosphere and feel at home here. Definitely enjoying our experience !

I relocated to Charlotte and moved into the Edge of Noda townhouses. The staff was very accommodating and very nice to me and my husband. I have lived here now for 16 months and the ladies in the front office have been great. They communicate effectively. If i have any issues, my air conditioning unit needed a part, maintenance had it fixed with hours on a weekend. I have recommendated this complex to others. Customer service is excellent and the staff is great.

The Edge at Noda is located in a quiet, perfect location! The leasing staff are extremely professional and are always a pleasure to speak to. Millie is the best, as she always very quick to respond. They also have amazing amenities, I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been living at the Edge for almost a year now, and it’s been wonderful! The leasing staff is the best. Marie is my go to and she’s always super quick to respond. Maintenance is always very helpful as well. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to NoDa which is very convenient. I love my renovated unit and how spacious it is. Overall it’s been a great experience!
