Jordan Carr has been an AMAZING help! I have never spoken to a kinder person on the phone. We are moving from out of state and Jordan was accommodating and helpful while working through details with us. Other apartment complexes we spoke with prior were *not* so kind or helpful, so I knew this was where I wanted to live. Since we are coming from out of the area, we don't have much to share on the apartment or overall property itself - but I will update this review once we move in! So far it has been a lovely experience and we look forward to living here! :)

I lived here last year. I found this community to be unwelcoming and a hostile environment. Not a good place for single women. The police were at the property often. There was a shooting in the parking lot while I lived there, management said no one was injured, the Ring police report said a person got grazed by a bullet. The appliances were old and didn't work well and there was trash and litter. Maintenance response was timely and the pool is nice, convenient location.Management was friendly and I was impressed at first, but it's all lip service with absolutely no substance. They were rude and dismissive. I repeat - not a good place for single women.

I just toured and loved the environment. The neighborhood seemed safe and family friendly. Spacious floor plan and the staff was amazing I think his name was Jordan.

This was a decent place to stay. Would I stay again? I would! The office and pool area is nice. Parking can be mad sometimes and that’s one reason I chose to live in a single family home. Maintenance comes out within a day after you make the request.
