The staff is great and will make sure you are good. However, the roach problem is ridiculous, the cleaners that cleaned the outside of the apartment did not do a good job. There was mold in my bathroom when I moved in. The best part about this community is the people and staff. 4/5 for me. Great community overall, just small issues that need to be taken into account

I truly enjoy living at Legacy Park. The staff is friendly and very responsive to requests and/or questions. My apartment has been very well maintained which I so much appreciate. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of mature trees and grass. I absolutely love living here Legacy Park and enjoy the convenience to gas stations, grocery stores, and quick and easy access to I-485 and I-85. I would definitely recommend Legacy Park to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, cozy place to call home.

Since day one everyone I spoke with up until move in were very helpful and had open communication. The customer service was great. The community is so quiet and clean. Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with front & back patio.

I love the apartments. Office Staff have been great. I recently relocated from Phoenix to Charlotte, and I feel like a picked a good location and complex. It’s a bit on the expensive side but overall a good place to live.
