The entire staff were excellent. Never hesitated with any request. The location is beautiful. The outside is well landscaped and maintained. Plenty of parking and the pool was amazing. Inside is gorgeous with spacious seating in the lobby and breakfast area. Stayed there for 4 nights. Check in/out, quick and easy. If we are ever in the vicinity in the future, that's my stay.

Worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. This Hampton Inn did not live up to its Hilton standards. If you're looking for the good quality of a Hilton's Hampton Inn Hotel, don't stay here. First, the front desk workers would barely look up from their cell phones whenever I walked by their desk in the mornings or evenings. Not friendly at all. Same goes for one of the housekeepers. I looked her right in the face, one morning and said good morning and she just ignored me. Breakfast was beyond disappointing. Hampton Inn's have one of the best-included breakfasts and this one was horrible. For 4 mornings straight, no bananas. No variety in the hot dishes, the same "western omelette" was served each morning. No fruit was provided and the only yogurt was children's Trix yogurt. Also, since when do Hampton's not have Dark Roast coffee as one of their options? AND, there weren't any breakfast-to-go bags and that is always offered at Hampton Inn's. Each night, I went to the lobby to make a cup of HOT tea and the HOT water was not even close to being warm, which was the same scenario for the coffee and this would happen as early as 7pm at night. That leads to me there not being any hot water in the hotel on my final morning to shower with. That was really fun when it was only 40 degrees outside. Safe to say, I won't be staying at this property again.

Walked in to get a room. Front desk attendant seemed annoyed that I didnt have a reservation and said to have a seat because she had to get with housekeeping to retrieve a missing charger another guest left in his room. Waited for about 5 min..another Front Desk associate came out and helped another guest...had a rather long conversation. I am a Hilton Honors Member and have never been told to just have a seat because front desk is too "busy" For all that she could have said to book online for faster service. I knew rooms were available because I checked prior to coming, however i didn't want want to book third party. I left and went to a neighboring hotel and received better service and an even better rate. I do not recommend this hotel if you want great service. It was almost as if she did not want to provide services to book a room. Such a disappointment from this brand.

This staff deserve some damn good accolades for how they handled the loud and obnoxious sports teams this past weekend at the hotel. They made the hotel their playground and let their little princesses scream and run around like this was Chuck E Cheese. The staff maintained calm and professional. They even had the luxury of cleaning up after the group left. The facility itself is great and I am sure quiet on any other occasion. Room 137- feel free to be a parent here and there
