This place discriminate against low income families. They say they accept Section8 however, while applying they don’t factor your Section8 voucher into your income. Also I feel that the manager is stealing money. She charges for a paper application then she will have you sit in the office and have you pull up your own credit karma. This place is so unprofessional and it’s very outdated. Please look elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I lived here for a year. Then we had to move because of our jobs. Really, really: thank you so much Hollie for everything! You are the best.

Sepulveda Palms apartments is a very well run and well oiled machine apartment complex. The manager, Hollie is very professional with all the tenants and she enforces the complex rules and policies very strictly. Some people may feel that being too strict is over the top but one thing is for sure, due to Hollie being the professional manager that she is and the fact that she runs a tight ship there are no problems within the complex. Hollie has cultivated a very desirable living community so much so that the tenants are all very respectful to one another and they look out for each other which causes them to take pride in where they live and when you take pride in anything especially where you live you feel good.

Marcie Clabaugh, every apt you apply for, you need to make a certain amount, usually it's 3x's the rent. Sepulveda only requires 2.5%. As a courtesy, we will accept co-signors as long as they have no evictions, judgements or criminal backgrounds. You most likely didn't qualify because you didn't make the income requirement on your own, and if your co-signor didn't qualify, it's because they had to have an eviction, judgement from an apt bldg or was not employed. Those are the only reasons they would not have qualified. You were told the specific reasons why. You may also have been told, you may re-apply when you make the income requirement. As for application fees/ credit report fees, for years, we never charged, for the past 3-4 years, we only charge $10. 99% of all apartments charge a minimum of $35-$75 per adult. Paulina LeBlanc, you worked for me for about 2 months. You did a great job when you were here. Our grounds/property looked great. But please be honest. You were homeless with dogs sleeping in a ran down vehicle. I hired you, paid you, fed you and your dogs, bought and gave you clean clothes including socks, shoes and undergarments on a daily basis. You were told your days and hours of employment from the start. You chose to work longer AFTER I specifically told you not to and that you would not get paid for any additional work and or hours. You stated, you were bored, and would just go sit in your car till the next day. You also stated you thoroughly enjoyed gardening. I just let you do it because you said it makes you happy. And, as far as firing you, yes I most certainly did. You were caught drinking, selling and shooting up drugs with your fellow homeless friends on our property. We do not tolerate that behavior from tenants and we certainly will not tolerate that behavior from an employee.

@Auggie, yes, we have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs that will be available at the end of the month. Call for more information, 909-991-5020 @Crystal, I find it odd that you have an opinion and yet you've never lived here, perhaps you applied and was denied. Perhaps you had a family member that lived here and was evicted for damaging our property. We charge back tenants that damage our property as all other rental properties do. Thank you for saying it's quiet here because that's the #1 best selling point besides the security and safety that all our tenants seem to really appreciate. Not to mention, according to our local Police Dept stating we are the best property on our entire block. I can't be that bad of a Manager, I've been voted Best Manager for 3 years in a row. I truly appreciate your comment though. Thank you and I wish you the best in all that you do.
