I recently inquired about a new home in the park, and the management was very helpful, I hope to have my daughter apply to live here. It is well kept and the community seems very nice and respectful. I was very pleased and impressed with the entire experience.

Great place to live!...Clean streets, nice friendly neighborhood and management is helpful and easy to talk to if you have any questions. Very nice community.

The managers there are very irrational especially the blonde. She is very unfair, she does not take management serious, she acted very childish towards my family and other families as well. She is a drama queen and will harass anybody she does not like there . She even Spreads rumors about other people, she has told me something about my neighbors and the neighbors tell me what she said about my family. She should not be manager or even live there herself. Ask anybody there and i am sure they will agree with me. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BE HERE FOR A COUPLE MONTHS

Very disappointed with the owner and Managers of this moble home park.DO NOT BUY HERE !!! They dont care for your health they have a mobile home infested with cockroaches that has been abandon for the last 7 months .Now all mobile homes that are surrounded by this house has been infested with roaches. Managers have been told millions of times and they ignore this big problem.
