Is this place automated or something? I've been trying for 4 weeks and I've yet to get in touch with anyone. The website seemed to have updated with new availability but again I can't reach anyone. They don't reply when you leave a voicemail, no response via email, no response when you put your info in the text option. When you go in-person there's a handwritten sign that says "offices are closed due to fire." I've tried going several times and there's no progress on repairs. I caught someone in the neighboring building who seemed to work and they just gave short answers, with the impression that they were trying to get rid of me. I asked if they were currently accepting applications and they said yes and it's been 2 weeks. Even the site seems broken because after my application it made me sign a full lease? And again never heard a follow up to that..

I want to write a review regarding the Maintenance Crew. They are always very prompt and courteous! Great attitudes and willing to work on Work Order until completed! I was at the Glen for 2 years and the crew was always very knowledgeable and the utmost professional! Thanks, Guys!

Since i’ve been living here the maintenance Carlos, robert, tyler and earnest always been willing to take care of me and my roommates house needs. such a friendly maintenance team, the best part of the Glen.

Coordinating with the team over at the Glen Apartments has been absolutely stellar. I'd highly recommend students in the area to come by and visit to see what the apartments and the staff have to offer them. I had questions that were swiftly addressed by the people at the Glen. Just so you know, utilities are treated as a bonus, so if they fail and stop working, they will tell you it's no problem because you don't really pay for them they are a bonus
They aren't hotel rooms, they are rental units. Rooms or studios

You have to get a guest pass from the front office, or go across the street to cal state and purchase a 1 day pass for 6 bucks and you can park there
I suspect that the application you signed was actually the application/Lease Agreement & you didn't know it & was unaware of it... Be sure to go back over it to verify that. Understand that in sales, it's their job to het you to sign that Lease Agreement... The reason for that is when you sign it AND if you get approved, you're already locked in. If you're not approved, then they don't lose since you couldn't get in anyway. Hope this helps.
Yes it is offered to international students. The requirements are just simply to have the ability to become a student on any level.
Not true what they've said. You do NOT have to be a student, at any school, in order to live at the Glen. I know, because I'm not a college student, and I move in to my studio apartment there tomorrow. Lease signed and approved. They do NOT require you to be a student in order to live there. Yes, the 95% living there are students, but it's not a requirement.
