I suspect that the application you signed was actually the application/Lease Agreement & you didn't know it & was unaware of it... Be sure to go back over it to verify that. Understand that in sales, it's their job to het you to sign that Lease Agreement... The reason for that is when you sign it AND if you get approved, you're already locked in. If you're not approved, then they don't lose since you couldn't get in anyway. Hope this helps.
Don't trust the Glen, the A.C. doesn't work, you'll have pot smokers in your building and your apt will smell, your neighbors party day and night, if you break your lease and do find someone to take over the rent they lose the check and ruin your credit.
