Apartments are well maintained, building always stay clean. I really like the amenities they offer. Maintenance request are managed well and in time. The management here is very courteous and responsible. Irma always goes above and beyond. Overall it’s a good community and I am satisfied with the environment.

I been resident for almost 7 years. Irma has been the property manager the entire time, she is very professional and gracious person. She make sure that maintenance are always around and whenever anything is needed they get it done very quickly. They keep the community very clean and organized. Hannah has helped me on multiple occasions she is a nice assistant. I'm very happy of living here and I really recommend it.

I've lived at this property for several years now I must say that since my move in day till present Irma ( leasing office manager) has made me feel very welcomed. Even during the pandemic she was very accessible she is very knowledgeable will always stop what she's doing to acknowledge my questions or concerns with the property. Over-all she has great leadership skills a HUGE QUALITY SHE HAS THATS VERY ADMIRABLE if she gets a new staff member she will make sure we get introduced that goes a long way being a single parent saftey issues always get addressed. She is very empathetic and does listen to her residents.

Quiet and clean for the most part, water does get shut down very often for repairs so that can be annoying. One of the biggest issues is the leasing office is always closed and you can never get anyone over the phone and leaving messages does no good because they don’t call back. Recent they issued notices effective immediately for anyone that parks on the premises needs a new sticker for their car but you can’t obtain one because leasing office is always closed and they are threatening to tow cars without it, I can assure you of this, lawsuits will ensue if my vehicle is towed when I’ve been unable to get anyone at the office to give me a new parking permit.

Its ok but kinda Overpriced... in addition to rent (starting at $950 for studios) we pay $50 fee for water & we have a problem with ppl breaking in to cars on the streets and in the parking lot tht we also pay 2 park n.
