Been bringing my kids here for a while, up until recently. They said it’s illegal for them to work on MY teeth because I have medi-cal, but my deductible was $9k. I asked them if I could pay cash, and they said they couldn’t do it, “it’s illegal.” So I pulled my kids out of this place and now I take them to Dental World on Mt. Vernon. WAY BETTER THAN THIS GHETTO PLACE. Take your kids anywhere other than this place.

To anyone who value their teeth”s and oral health.  I beg you  all ! Take your Business somewhere else ! Isn’t worth the zero down for any treatment to be done by   unexperienced dentist not doctors but yes dentist who barely  graduate dentistry and can't speak English play Russian roulette with your mouth and a staff of  Unexperienced that have you run around for hours later to be told your Insurance doesn’t cover or ! Have you wait for hours  without anything treatment be done . I am surprise these office haven’t been black listen OR REPORT IT. TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

This place has horrible customer service. They have been nothing but rude and insensitive. The positive reviews posted here are a farce! Its businesses like this that prevent SB from developing in that they act in a manner that mirrors the surroundings. I am taking my business elsewhere...pure garbage

Worst service ever. Had my son waiting 3+months for braces to find out they never sent it into the insurance company. When I made a complaint about the wait, I was told I could go somewhere else if I wanted. Scheduled appointments means nothing. There for 2 hours after my appointment. Whats the point. Treats patients very badly. DONT GO HERE! Thanks Janet!
