Phillips used to be a good company as well as their customer service. Now it is a junk company in my opinion, and there customer service is the worst I've ever seen or experienced. They also seem to harbor an element of distrust toward the consumer in my opinion? One of their bulbs exploded in a socket when it was screwed in, and the bottom of the Par 20 Halogen bulb blew out?.....And they refuse to believe me and replace the defective bulbs? I sent them many pictures, at least 10, depicting the damaged bulbs that were purchased at Home Depot. The sad thing is, I always liked Phillips as a company, and always bought there products for all of our light fixtures, but based on their recent handling and customer service, I will now have to take my business elsewhere. What's even worse, is they didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me for over two weeks?
