New management is wonderful!! But the apartments are old, and need to be renovated but still pretty great! As a college student not a bad place to live and super secure. Probably the best place to live in that area!!

I've been living here going on 3 years and 95% of the time it's a great apartment. There is little issues but nothing I can't handel. Out of all the properties within 1 mile of here these are the nicest ,well maintained & managed.
