if I could give a 0 star, I would. Great at taking your money, worst at everything else. I'm actually your client for multi years, but when I needed help-NONE was provided, yet you make things worst for me. Really frustrating and disappointing. Pretty sure this is not why i go through an Agent in the first place. Receptionists are rude and service is one giant F-you!!! This office is the main reason I moved on from State Farm. You should avoid this place at all cost.

My review is for the State Farm at 18382 Brookhurst in Fountain Valley. I live in Tustin, CA. I have gotten my car insurance, renter's insurance, earthquake insurance, and homeowner's insurance through them. They have been nothing but spectacular! They are very attentive both inside the office and outside. I usually correspond with them through email and they are very responsive and quick. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are always looking out for my best interest and are honest! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I have been especially impressed with the level of service I got from Tim Tran and the people at State Farm. Having moved to southern California from Idaho, I needed to get new car insurance and renters insurance for my apartment. Tim helped me to look over my options and pointed out the pluses and minuses of each plan allowing me to choose the one that best fit my needs and budget. He didn't try to push a more expensive plan and I felt he genuinely listened to what I was saying and was searching for in an insurance plan. Like most people, I have very little spare time. Tim was more than willing to work around my schedule and was always there with a follow up call or email to make sure that everything was getting taken care of the way it needed to be. As I look for health insurance, I have no doubts that I will get the exceptional service from Tim and State Farm that I have received previously. Thank you so very much.

I initially contacted Phillip's office as recommended by a friend to get a quote on auto insurance. The initial interaction was by email and was followed up with a phone call by one of his staff, Tommy. He spent a lot of time on the phone to find me the best rate and answering all my questions because insurance is not my thing and I was totally confused. Then I scheduled an appointment to come into the office for the paperwork then returned multiple times thereafter for other reasons. I have to say this is probably the friendliest insurance office I've been to; Phillip and his team are always willing to go the extra mile to help out their clients.
