Literally the most annoying apartments to live in. So many rules you only get one car to park inside the rest of your vehicles have to be allll the way on the street and that leaves your car in plain sight for theft or to be robbed or hit its a busy street. Absolutely no bbq or anything on porch so it has to go in garage where a car should be able to go but cant. On top of all this their raising the rent up non stop please look somewhere else to live not here its not worth it TRUST ME

Had some minor electrical issues after living in the same unit for over 15 years. Called the office last night and Todd and Jose were here to fix it the this morning. In and out in 15 minutes and all is well. Beautiful view, good neighbors and an attentive maintenance staff. Doesn't get better than this.

We've lived here for over a year now and the service is great. Special recognition should go to Ulysses who seems to fix every issue quickly and efficiently. He fixed our AC in under 5 minutes. Great guy and a big part of making our experience a good one.

Crest Haven is a awesome place to live! I have been living here for a little more than 12 years. The leasing office manager Wendy and leasing agents Vanessa and Nancy are awesome the maintenance staff Todd, Jose and Ulysses is always on time in handing my work orders on time. 👍🏾👍🏾
