Took a chain that needed to be repaired from different areas. They agreed to do the job, and I waited TWO weeks for my chain although they advertise “repair on the spot”. It was only sottered in the area where it had snapped but there were areas that needed to be reinforced still. When I went back for the warranty he put the blame on me saying that I didn’t tell him, and that I had to pay again.

My mother's wedding band was mangled in the washing machine (staff forgot to check the pockets). So thankful that this shop was able to repair it...and finished earlier than promised.

They messed up my earring they smooshed and stretched it out of shape put on the wrong clasp this makes me sad they were very nice earrings now they don’t match… I hope this isn’t a racial thing my mom can look very terminating until you speak to her…

I took my ring to Ralph here at La Quinta Jewelry to have a missing diamond put back in it and to have the remaining diamonds re secured. He did a wonderful job! He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be going back again!
