Our room had a weird smell, and the walls are paper thin. Other people mentioned complimentary roses and chocolate, that did not happen for us. I did book through Hotel Tonight so that may have made a difference. I did not like the aesthetic of the room, and it didn’t seem particularly clean. Maybe it just depends on what room you get? I called ahead and asked if we could check in early as we were attending a wedding and needed to get ready, the first guy I talked to was pretty hopeful, the second lady I talked to was rather rude about the whole thing. I understand if you can’t do it, but there’s no reason to sound angry about me asking… I will probably not stay here again. Not the best vibes.

Nice place, with a great location! If you're not a fan of the big hotel chains, this place might be for you. Artsy decor and fun vibe. Nice little restaurant and bar on site as well. Give them a try!

This was a lovely hotel. We arrived and had a rose and chocolates waiting for us. There was a wine cooler, wine glasses and bathrobes that added a nice touch. I would have given a 5, but we felt the beds/pillows we're not comfortable. The mattress was very hard and the pillows small/flat. The room we were in was definitely not soundproof in any way. Other than those things the hotel was very nice and the check in was smooth and friendly.

This hotel is amazing!!! Friendly and helpful staff, super clean, cozy, offers free continental breakfast, free parking, the whole package. There is artwork everywhere, for sale, and guests are welcome to leave their drawings for display on the elevator walls 😁It's very well located, near downtown Lancaster and a few minutes away from malls, restaurants and other amenities. Several rooms have whirlpools!! There is also a restaurant on-site.
