They wouldn’t sell a pendant because it was a “display” model. So instead they chose not to make a sale. It doesn’t look like ANYBODY was in the store spending money. They should make whatever sale they can.

Do not bother with this company. The employees do not know how to engrave. I had to complain to the customer service many times since this store could not engage correctly. The customer service also did a poor job engraving. I will look for another place.
