Always clean, bathroom included, very good sized building, high ceilings, reminiscent of its past Historic Connection To The Old West, beverage and snack vending machines, ample seating inside, great heating and air conditioning, well lit inside and out, head coverage outside but no seating anymore, (there are times when customers have to wait for their ride pick up), very good looking property with a long history, fast helpful staff. As of this review, Greyhound again has new ownership and many many depots are being or have already closed permanently, routes, stops re-routed along with schedule times. Now you're forced to purchase tickets only online or by phone. This is Not a good customer service move for paying customers, forcing people all ages and with health problems to endure standing outdoors in hot or cold temps, inclement weather and bad air quality, waiting for curbside pick up and drop off, no staff to check baggage or serve customers in any manner, no bathroom indoors, no beverages or snacks to purchase, no lockers for purchase. This is devastating treatment to all customers and to all staff who lost jobs. Terrible, Sad, Heartbreaking, Disappointing, Frustrating, Devastating 😔😧😢😔 Another Huge hit greatly impacting people everywhere I hope and pray this is all short-lived for all Greyhound Bus Depots. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The train was on time. Easy to drop off and pick up riders.

Used this station for Amtrak twice over the last few years. No issues that I can remember. One guy went so far as to offer help rolling a large piece of luggage to my waiting car and even loaded it inside. Dunno if he was expecting a tip (are you even supposed to tip them?) but either way he was a really nice guy.
