Just rediscovered this place. So far have only purchased the German bread, but plan on going back in for more finds. If you’ve had German bread before you’ll get it….it’s the best. Apparently this bakery imports the bread or dough and bakes it in-house with a German bread oven. The Bauernbrot is incredible!

This store is a gold mine! Best kept secret in Salem. Ethnic food, fresh, and so good. Tucked away in an unassuming, small, outside strip mall, this little store doesn't stand out, but that only makes it better for those of us who know about it. Their prices would rise if they got the business they deserve imho.
