Bedbugs!! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would tell everyone to Run!! Away from this hotel in Lancaster on Lincoln highway. When i and my 5yr old son arrived to our room there was an odd smell. I was so tired we showered and slept. Later discovered that the was bedbugs in the bed/room. I went to customer service about it and the lady was rude, disrespectful and clearly did not care. She stated that she's handicap and can't help me. I could take another room or leave the hotel. I was disheveled because my son and I was just exposed to these bugs. And Its the hardest thing to get rid of if you take them home. The lady couldn't promise me that the new room offered would be bug free. She told me to take it or get out the hotel. I asked her to check the room she said no she's handicap. ( she had a walker) I asked her to call the manager she said no. minutes later she called the police and my 5yr old son and I was escorted out of the hotel at 130 am in the morning to find another hotel. This hotel needs better customer service it should be shut down and and exterminated for future guest satisfaction!! The next few days no one answered my calls for my refund or to discuss the issues. I'm currently waiting for my refund , compensation π‘ I will write a followup review .

Positive: Nothing! Front desk staff is surly and unfriendly! Maid bangs on your room before 11am on checkout day because she wants to get the cleaning done early! Negative: This property allows local residents to board there. Very tacky to see people walking around on property in bathrobes and slippers. Also people smoking by entrance doors constantly. Looks like a welfare hotel from clientele. No take-n-go breakfast!

The hotel and room was very clean, however this was a different case for us. We checked in on a Saturday for a two day stay, Sunday morning early there was a lot of banging and loud music playing outside our room. When we were leaving for the day at 1100 it wasn't other patrons, it was the cleaning ladies cleaning the rooms. We returned that evening, our room wasn't made up, no clean towels. The next morning, same thing with the noise starting at 8am and checked out is 11. We get a knock at our door at 1015, "housekeeping." Oh really? Now you care? You just want use out. RUDE!

It wasn't the worst place I ever stayed at. However..the room smelled like pure maple syrup, the sheets had stains on them. A fitted sheet would have been great to have on the bed. No extra towels or sheets to give us, I understand covid times are hard these days getting back to "normal". But the staff was not the friendliness when asking questions or for the items. It didn't seem they cared to please the customers. Poor customer service, which is a big part of a stay. No breakfast at all even though their website states free breakfast. Again, ok to stay if you just need a quick, cheap stay with no expectations of what the website states. They should probably update the website.
