It says it's by university but that is a lie. It is a drive away from university. This hotel is not in a nice neighborhood and not close to anything HAPPENING. The price you pay for this place is WAY too high to be staying in the hood. To top it all off, when I arrived, I left my cash on the desk, after the cleaning lady came through it was GONE. I expressed my concern to the front desk and they denied it without even speaking to their employee. They wouldn't even check the trash to see if she "accidentally" threw it away. Service, cleanliness, location, and amenities all sucked. Don't go here.

The rooms are ok. They are reasonably clean with no bedbugs and roaches. There are no extras. The people that clean the rooms work hard, and they are clean. The hallways are kind of not clean. The reason I only gave a two star rating is the black man that works at nights. I understand that the hotel is not in the best area of town, but that doesn’t mean all of the guests are doing something wrong. He is mean. It’s the only way to say it because it’s true. If you have contact with him, you can bet every penny you have that he will find a way to treat you badly. The lady that works the front during the day isn’t exactly welcoming, but she’s not mean. I stay at this location a lot and am always surprised to see the black dude is still working. I guess when it’s slim pickings for employees, you take what you can get. I’m guessing he only has a job because he shows up.

I haven't rented a room here and the truth is that I probably wouldn't. I have made two Door Dashes here and that was enough to tell me that this isn't the type of hotel for me. The place is in need of a major upgrade. The lobby is just one big empty room and from there everything just follows. The area where the continental breakfast should be is just a wall with a poster of a waffle iron station and a empty counter top. The stairwell was messy and needed to be cleaned. The carpet in the hallway was old and needed to be cleaned or removed. I could only imagine what the rooms look like.

Placed me in a room where next door a woman was getting beat! Never will I go back..the people at the front desk made me feel Less of a customer. Less of a person. Like they looked down on me. I made reservations 1 day or 2 in advance only to arrive and find out they canceled my reservations and I ended up paying over 300bucks for 3days. Very unsatisfied and I want atleast half my monies back from that horrible experience. The room was nice minus the dirty toilet and hairy soap that was left behind from the previous people vacaters. 3stars cause they did supply free Condoms..can't argue with that
