The guys down at Mavis did a great hob on my car. They are nice and understanding. I always get my work done on all my cars here! The call center may misinterpret what they THINK the shop can do and what the shop can ACTUALLY do! I forget a few names but Aaron, Tim and (I believe) Mark (was his name) are super professional and made my wait as short and comfortable as possible.

Went to Mavis to get and oil change done and get price on new tires. Aaron took very good care of me, got me in and out and was able to give me a great deal on tires. Highly recommended. Ask for Aaron.

The manager at this location was extremely helpful. When I went in, I was already very flustered because triple a and another mavis store had given me issues. Being in the state I was already in, the manager explained that he was just trying to help me. He was very calm and professional. He informed me about what is wrong with my car, but still changed my tire for me. He also had my car inspected, which isn’t even what I went in for! He did it all in less than a half hour. Highly recommend this location, and I also think the manager needs more recognition because he provided excellent customer service!

Mark went above and beyond to take care of me and my car when I walked in for new tires yesterday AM. He quickly identified a good fitting tire for my needs and financial capabilities. Even with a handful of customers ahead of me and several walk-ins thereafter, Mark and his crew got me out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!!
